Ingredients
1 cup dates
3/4 cup natural nut butter (cashew, almond or peanut)
3/4 cup vegan or regular chocolate chips
1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
Sea salt crystals (regular sea salt works too)
Instructions
Mix together dates, nut butter + coconut oil in a food processor until fully combined
Roll mixture into balls and place in fridge or freezer for at least 15 mins
Melt chocolate chips in double broiler or microwave (I suggest double broiler if possible as I don't love microwaves!)
Roll each ball in melted chocolate and cover entirely. Sprinkle with sea salt right away before chocolate hardens
Place bites in freezer or fridge for at least 15 more minutes
